Nikki Gruber
Transport Services Manager / Office Manager
Nikki Gruber is the Manager of the Transportation Service division at Midwest Safety Consulting Inc. She has 20 years of experience in the medical fields. Throughout those 20 years she has worked as a nursing assistant, first responder, community emergency response team member, medical assistant, radiology technician, electromyography technician, endoscopy technician and surgical technician. This vast knowledge in the medical field this makes Nikki very well rounded and versatile in helping people. Nikki is very passionate about people and passes that quality onto her employees.
Bruce Tholen – Driver
Operations Manager
Bruce has been with Midwest Safety Consulting since 2013. Before joining the team, Bruce worked in industrial safety and worked with special needs clients. Bruce has worked as a site safety consultant at several industrial locations in Minnesota. Bruce has also worked as Fire Watch, Security, high angle and confined space rescue.Bruce is currently assigned to the transport division.
