Dan Bergerson, CHST, CUSA

Dan Bergerson Dan Bergerson, Safety Consultant: specializes in employee fall protection plans, equipment and training. MSHA Authorized Instructor

Dan has over 30 years of industry experience. He recently retired from Minnesota Power where he was their Fall Protection Program Administrator providing worker fall protection assistance at Energy Centers, Substations, Transmission and Distribution Structures, Hydro Electric Dams and Communication Towers.

He thoroughly understands ANSI Z359-2007 and OSHA’s applicable fall protection standards for general industry, construction and electric utility specific operations.

Pat Mulligan

PatPatrick Mulligan is currently employed as a member of the High Angle / Confined Space Rescue Team & recently became a member of the Site Safety Management Team. He has been a Professional Fire Fighter practicing both Wild Land and Structural firefighting for 21 years.

Patrick has certifications in OSHA 30, MSHA, High Angel Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, Fall Protection, TVOP ( Tracked Vehicle Operation ), & ICT5 ( Incident Commander Type 5 ). He also provides Fire Watch Services for permitted Hot Work locations in the Industry Construction fields.

Patrick currently resides in Cohasset, MN.

Dave Stimac

StimacDave Stimac has 31 years experience in taconite mining. He is a certified MSHA Instructor, an EMT-B Emergency Medical Technician and a Senior Patroller with the National Ski Patrol. He also instructs the following courses; First Responder Hazmat, OSHA 30, Competent Person, Fall Protection and Fork Lift.

Dave also has experience in industrial high angle rescue and confined space entry/rescue and is a member of the Midwest Safety High Angle Rescue Team.
