Dan Bergerson, CHST, CUSA
Dan Bergerson Dan Bergerson, Safety Consultant: specializes in employee fall protection plans, equipment and training. MSHA Authorized Instructor Dan has over 30 years of industry experience. He recently retired from Minnesota Power where he was their Fall Protection Program Administrator providing worker fall protection assistance at Energy Centers, Substations, Transmission and Distribution Structures, Hydro Electric Dams and Communication Towers.He thoroughly understands ANSI Z359-2007 and OSHA’s applicable fall protection standards for general industry, construction and electric utility specific operations.
Tony Jaska has worked a life time in northern Minnesota, instructing teams on Safe Response to Fire, Confined Space Problems, and Hazardous Material Releases. I have facilitated investigations on over 350 Process and/or injury incidents. During that time I have reviewed, written and/or updated Safety Programs for many Industrial and Contract companies.
Over the last 25 years I have delivered training for Minnesota Safety Council and have visited 33+ industrial sites across the mid-west and spoke/trained Behavioral Safety Process, Confined Space safety, 70E Electrical Safe Practices, Hazardous Material Response, Fall Protection, OSHA 10/30, Excavation Competent Person, In plant Crane safety and Inspection and Emergency Preparedness Planning.
I’m currently working as Contract Safety support at Thomson Hydro for MN Power, and my part time hobby is building Children’s Picture Books, on Kid’s Safety and early childhood injury prevention.
