Dan Bergerson Dan Bergerson, Safety Consultant: specializes in employee fall protection plans, equipment and training. MSHA Authorized Instructor Dan has over 30 years of industry experience. He recently retired from Minnesota Power where he was their Fall Protection Program Administrator providing worker fall protection assistance at Energy Centers, Substations, Transmission and Distribution Structures, Hydro Electric Dams and Communication Towers.He thoroughly understands ANSI Z359-2007 and OSHA’s applicable fall protection standards for general industry, construction and electric utility specific operations.
